You’ve clearly never played. Read the other comments, they’re also pointing out the folly. Alan Shearer also saying the same thing.

As I said, poor management. If they were planning to be the takers, they should have been on earlier.

 

Italy deserved it. England started nervously (McGuire kicking out for a corner) from where they had a great break and play to score an early goal. They then dominated for a little spell. Overall England only had 34% possession, with very little shots at all. Italy dominated the game and deserved to win it

Just as culpable for me was not taking off Sterling and Kane.  Ref was wise to them and both offered absolutely fuck all.  Gareth too loyal?

Agreed. Kane was effective the first 25 minutes and then Bonucci and Chielini had him sussed.
