By the way, you can't dispute it until he tells you what he meant by that and given he's perfectly entitled not to say, he might not. 

If he means I've had a grumble, initially about the schools being closed and kids being kept away from their friends initially with no evidence being put forward that it helped in anyway(proven right in the end) and moaned about small businesses being left to go fuck themselves then yes he is right.
