If this is true about the Wolves lad, we’d be as well waiting to see if we qualify for the group stages of Europe, so we can up the ante & not be signing Motherwell/Ross County type signings.

Aye, it’s not as if it’s been worth the wait for a “hot prospect” with lots of competition to fight off. 

A squad filler, the very thing we’ve been told umpteen times we’re not interested in.

I'll reserve judgement until I see Samuels in action. He hasn't exactly set the heather on fire goals-wise in his two previous loan spells, but reading from reports it seems he was played as a winger rather than an out and out striker. Certainly appears to have been scoring for Wolves u23 side and he's described as being pacy which is something we could definitely use up front.

I’d love a journalist to question Glass when he comes out with the “we won’t sign squad fillers”.

This is the very definition of a squad filler.

We’ll see what happens between now & 31st August, but if this is the only additional striker brought in, then it’s shite.
