I would say Glass was always getting the job when McInnes s time was up from ages ago. Strengthens Cormacks power in team selections , tactics etc. This set up rarely , if ever , works . Usually just an ego trip from a rich man that ends in failure.

Sadly I’d have to agree.  There is an interesting twist here in that he’ll have to effectively replace 2/3rds of a squad, and be funded to do so as well.
