Will take a few days for the adjustment. Sleep is over rated. Recharge the batters during festive period... pfffft ill be more tired next week than I was towards the latter part of the year.

Withdrawals from drink and peanuts/cheese boards I reckon.

Don’t try and drag us in to your suffering ffs.

What stroke do you do in the pool.

When I done triathlons my swimming let me down even doing the crawl Sooper .
