With the squad overhaul going on and the players coming in and potentially coming in, I was hopeful of a more sustained season from him. But he's probably made his feelings known that he wants to leave and would have no intention of extending even if we wanted to.

100% and at least one of them needs to be an experienced striker that's good for at least 15-20 goals a season. I'd assume that if we're now prepared to let Ramirez leave this would indicate we're well on the way to signing up our next goal scorer. Exciting times ahead.
