I'd actually love to see Kennedy scoring against us. Only for the fact it would mean he's no longer at the club.

Who gives a fuck how he celebrated.

Didn't look like many did in the small section of crowd they showed. It is getting weird how much analysis there is of players when they score against former clubs. There was a whole thing at the weekend when an English player scored a late winner against his old club, former players wading in to the debate and so on.

Unless we were actually still paying him to play and score against us

He'll be playing for a bottom 6 side from January, but we'll also be playing bottom 6 football, the way we're playing, by the end the split, so there's every chance.

May was getting a round of "who the fuck is Stevie May" when he came on. He scored and celebrated in front of the folk that slagged him. Doubt it was a big fuck you to Aberdeen, more of a "get it up you" in the general direction of the folk chanting it.

Stevie May is a joke. Absolute joke of a professional footballer.

The fact that he feels he has to express his desire to get one back at the dons after we let him go for not being good enough is just another part of the joke.

Saying that, he must have a lot of pent up frustration or desire to celebrate wildly when he scores, considering he only actually does something worth mentioning in a game every 6 or 7 seasons.

Filed under one of the most dissapointing strikers at pittodrie for a long time.

Was he?

Don’t recall that from the South Stand.

The St Johnstone fans were definitely giving it a round of that though.

Me

He cost the club a lot of money, more than likely got a good wage from us, performed stinkingly before us allowing him to leave for free

So to come up and react like that in front of old men and kids is an embarrassment and he should be ashamed

May was signed during a rehab period, played out position, injured again and rushed back from injury so that he could again play out of position. I’d have given the bare minimum in the same situation.
He’s proved his worth since leaving.

As someone said, there was a chant of who the fuck is Stevie May.

He gave them a bit back after scoring.

Kris Boyd also did this when called a fat cunt.

Fans deserve it rammed down their throats if they are going to shout abuse at players. Fucking good on him.

I’m not sure he performed stinkingly. When we had him his scoring record was gash but he played deeper and set up a lot of goals when cosgrove was on his scoring streak doing a lot of his running for him so cosgrove could be in those positions

A few years ago against der hun I was down the front of the south giving Ryan Kent dogs abuse before he took a corner. "You're a mink from Manchester, your mums a fat tart you minky fuck" all the rest.

Anyway, he whips in the corner and the boy Worrall prods it in. He turns around and cups his ears.

I giggled and thought fuck sake, fair play.

All part of the game.

Was that genuinely what you shouted?

You can't call him a mink. He could buy you and your entire family with a month's wages. He might be a lot of things, but he certainly isn't a mink.

A months wages will be about £100k.

I assume you have a very small family?

What he earns has fuck all to do with whether he’s a mink or not.

Was that hun balloon Mikey Carroll not a mink after he won the lottery?

Aye, only a handful of folk, nae an entire stand. Audible from RDS though; That's why St Johnstone fans were blasting it out when he scored.  Fair game.

Aye exactly. Being a mink is more down to attitude and (lack of) self respect, not about how much cash you've got.

I wouldn't have said he was a mink naw. Fucking scumbag, definitely.  Maybe slightly different local meanings, down here mink, tink, coagie, all the same.

You’re quite selective about what kind of verbal abuse is acceptable eh?  If somebody else had called him a poof or whatever upsets you woke types,  you’d have started crying and had a nervous breakdown.

I think we all change as we grow older and mature.

I was not against singing the Ian Durrant takes it up the arse song as a youngster, but wouldn't partake in it now (even though he's a hun ;) )

I don't join in the Ibrox disaster song nowadays either. Even Huns should be able to get home from a football match.

I do have a wee giggle at the Morelos, Tu Madre Es Un Couchon banner. Its not racist or sectraian just playful banter

Hypocrisy at its best i see.

So, basically verbal abuse is ok and justified when it comes from Consi.

One is playground abuse, based on fuck all.

The other is a homophobic slur.

I'm not sure folk from Manchester are persecuted in countries around the world. Or supposedly, fat minks.

Hope this helps.

It’s hypocrisy.  Shouting abuse and personal insults about someones mum is ok,  because it’s not one of your personal bug bears? Calling someone a poof could also be viewed as ‘playground abuse’ if you don’t actually know if they’re a poof or not? You can’t pick and choose who’s allowed to be offended. Double standards from you as usual. Grow up.

I think context and how its delivered is key as well as how well you know the person its being said to.

There are many things said in jest that could be taken offensively by others. The world is increasingly swinging towards a nanny state society, whereas we need to find an acceptable balance.

Loads of things were said and done as I grew up that are no longer acceptable and rightly so, but lets not be too precious as a society.

Are you accusing me of having a poor sense of humour now?

You really are most offensive.

I’m reporting you to the thought police.
