I just hope Glass is concentrating on the most obvious issues; FBs being high and wide as we restart and we immediately lose possession from poor distribution, CBs cannot deal with it. Midfielders/wingers not tracking runs and what always seems to be overlooked....2 goals from the last 6 games in open play. In short, we just need to be less shit, score some goals and not just put everything down to the FBs bombing forward.

Don't think anyone is putting it ALL down to FBs bombing forward - it is an issue though at times, along with the other things you mention, plus the ridiculous mistakes a number of players seem to make very regularly. So, there's actually quite a few issues, which are all fairly obvious, but which he seems to have failed to tackle so far. I think we'll somehow manage a draw today and it'll be heralded by manager and chairman alike as a turning point... we'll then lose the next 4 or 5 games in a row.

352 with Hedges left wing back and Watkins up front with Ramirez?

If he put Hedges as wing back against Boyle he's worse than I thought. Our most creative player spending the game running back and defending.

Looks like 3-5-2.

                       Lewis

      Bates Gallagher McCrorie

Ramsay Ferguson Brown Ojo Hedges

                Watkins Ramirez

If it is that, seems odd you wouldn’t play Hayes as a wing back?

I think it will be 4-3-3

lewis

Ramsay Gallagher Bates McCrorie

Ferguson Brown Ojo

Hedges Ramirez Watkins

potentially with Hedges and Watkins filling in the wide midfield positions

Could easy be.
McCrorie at left back would be a worry. Surely Hayes in there would be more sensible?

Shows how unbalanced the squad is.

We have a massive squad, but only one young left back, with no natural replacement.

Could even be;

                 Lewis

   Bates Gallagher McCrorie

Ramsay Ferguson Brown Ojo

           Watkins Hedges

                  Ramirez

fuck knows, we’ll find out in half an hour

Whoever is on the left, Boyle will fancy his chances.
As much as Hayes isn’t what he was, he seems the natural one for there IMO.
