That's Putin started a 'partial' mobilisation of the Russian military, the first since WW2, and is about to declare all occupied territory 'Russia', so any attack there can be construed as an attack on the Motherland, allowing full mobilisation and the use of WMD in its defence, should he want to up the ante that far. 

Quite how Putin plans to arm and feed 300,000 new soldiers isn't clear.

His face was contorted with rage when he was threatening to nuke other countries.

Just saw on the news a lot of protests in Russian cities about being forced into the army and probably slaughtered.

Before they were using a lot of ethnic soldiers from outlying areas but now the shit is getting real.

I wouldn’t be surprised to see him nuking a few places followed by a bullet to the head or he might get the bullet before he was allowed to press the button.
