Simple mushroom soup for lunch. 
 

Gently fry off some sliced mushrooms in butter. 
Season with salt and pepper. 
Add beef stock. 
 

Takes about 5 minutes all in. Lovely (can be done with onions as well).

This is mair like it....quick and easy for the busy hatter.

Just tried it with an onion and a red pepper too. Chicken stock instead of beef. And some curry powder. 

Fuck all like yours come to think of it. 

Marge instead of butter as well.

A triumph though !...cheers min !
