He's definitely a player with a level. 17 goals in 85 top division games in Scotland and Belgium. 106 goals in 151 lower league games. At least if he joins Hearts they'll have a ready made lower league goalscorer when they inevitably drop back down into the Championship.

His current club spent 1mil on him a year ago.

They are clearly a bonkers club (got relegated too) but doubt they'll let him go for free.
