Cocaine your drug of choice. You should have kept that quiet last time you were here under a different username.

If you've any proof of that I'd be happy to concede?

Oh what's that? You don't.

You bringing the lads out on strike ?

We managed to get a 7% pay increase, still below inflation- LOL.

So in real terms, a pay cut.

Naturally, everyone was delighted with that, looked at me like I had two heads when I suggested we should've held out for the RPI.

And there it is.

Collective bargaining (only power workers have) made more or less, redundant.

This country is ran by evil people. The sooner spackers like @For Fecks Sake realise that, the sooner we can make it a better place to live for everyone.

No arguments from me on this. When you going to run for election then Consi?

Or are you just another empty vessel who won't actually do anything to change this?

I've a screenshot of a couple of your previous boasts regarding this.

£50 to delete them. (To a charity of your choice)

It's not a pay cut Consi. 7% is decent you should be glad of it tbh.

If the price of goods is up 11%, and you get 7% you're 4% down in relation to buying the things you need to live.

Your wages aren't in alignment with the price of goods.

Your pay will be 7% higher. What you choose to spend it on is up to you.

It's not a pay cut. If I go on a cheaper mortgage deal have I had a pay rise?

Not if your wage depresses by a value greater than the difference between your original mortgage rate and your new one.

You dumb fuck.

Wages goes up 7, cost goes up 11, I'm still put out by 4.

For all intents and purposes, it's a pay cut.

Technically, you're right, it isn't.

But that's technical. The reality is that it very much is.

Burger nips.

Do you think every company can actually afford to give a 7% payrise ?

Do you think every company has been able to raise their prices to match the RPI?
