Last week amnesty criticised Ukraine for putting civilians in harms way, and suddenly amnesty became an unreliable source that was totally full of shit.

I’ll take an opinion piece from an anti nato conservative commentator with a pinch of salt. It’s one viewpoint but another is that Yanukowych was a Russian puppet similar to the current Belarusian president or Assad in Syria. 
 

It’s only natural for the West to prefer to have an alternative to a Russian shill in charge. 
 

Same as it’s understandable Russia would want a puppet they can control. Cheaper and easier than invading the country to impose your will. 
 

As for the tweet on banning trade unions. You should be a bit more discerning in being able to filter out Russian propaganda imo.
