Goodwin should be worried. He thought he could fix the defending. He thought he could start to install his pressing style. He has done neither and appears to have no impact on any attacking style. Total shite on the pitch since he arrived.
He is already backtracking on his idea that he will have all the new players in before pre season. Identified 6 players and in detailed discussions with two. Those discussions going slower than he would like. Unless they are two very decent players then worry should turn to terror.  Who is going to sign now and be first of the new group. Good post. It’s a real worry what games/performances like this are going to do to our recruitment drive this summer. We are utter garbage, anything that dosnt think this is worse than Glass needs to have a good look at themselves! Imagine being a foreign player on brink of signing and watching tonight.

Goodwin doesn't know how to get his attacking players to function properly, he also persists with zonal marking which, over a season will cost us more goals than it prevents.

Felt like a rushed appointment. Don't see a lot of St Mirren other than against us, but there was nothing about them which made me think, Goodwin's our guy. I'd sooner have had Stephen Robinson who replaced him.

Lewis has been very variable. I presume you mean Joe.  Hayes is at the end of his career. Ramsay gone already. McCrorie in and out due to injury and refs, best position still a matter of debate, Besuijen Dutch but not Cruyff; slow but nice feet, a mini JET. Ramirez, only ever a smiley version of Main. You are looking at a different league if you think half of our bottom of the league team would walk into any team in the top half though to be fair several of them look like they are walking even when they run. A lot of work needed to make much out of them.
