intensive cycling 50km daily at 25kmph

PM; break the fast with lean protein at 15:30

single but wholesome meal at 16:30

the boozing starts at 19:00

fasting starts again around 23:00

rinse and repeat

Im convinced by the time I'm even 50 the world be a vastly different place to what it is now. Considering stopping pension payments as I'm not convinced they'll do me a whole load of good. I think my generation will have to work til we drop, unless something changes.
