Off now to watch Atlanta United v Seattle Sounders with my son in the Mercedes Benz Stadium. Brought the Dons tops of course. Visiting Atlanta or live in the area. I try to make a few games a year and wear my Dons top every time. Link to comment

donswin1983
Really enjoyed that! Well done, Dons. Feeling reasonably positive! Thought Richardson was immense, as was Scales. Richardson is rapid! Hayes good too and Covered every blade of grass. nice to be in a good mood come 5pm on a Saturday. More of the same next week! Motherwell are terrible Link to comment

I presumed he was a tree-trunk-esque Ash Taylor-type clogger, but he appears to be able to play a pass. He’s very composed on the ball, can pass and was getting forward a lot. Should have scored with a header but he’s a very good player indeed. Link to comment
fifesheep
Here’s the thing , we don’t know what kind of transfer cash we have but , if it came down to it would we put in a really good bid to get Scales ( before the deadline as opposed to Jan ) , or do we use the cash to get Ronan ? I am gonna say Scales 2 Link to comment

Helmet
Good performance, some very promising signs and whether we romp to success or not Goodwin already deserves a lot of credit for the scale and speed of this rebuild. 1 Link to comment

Dandie1992
Great stuff. Fair enough a bottom 6 side but slapping these sides around routinely was what we did under the best days of McInnes. Lot of good investments made in the first team. Link to comment

4n4LprObE666
A great afternoons work. St Mirren are shite, but still, a solid Dons performance. Ref spoiled the 2nd half but hey 4 goals and a good confidence booster. Link to comment

Mentioned before on here, I watched a Celtic game online last year where he started - they were playing him in a kind of wing-back role and he looked dangerous going forward. Good shot on him too. My main reservation would be, once he gets a season here to show what he can do, they might not want to let him go... Link to comment

Durrant Dived
If theres any critics today ill give it to Goodwin; has to use the substitution windows better.. 3 subs over 2 windows within 8 minutes in 2nd half meaning we had to finish with 10 men. Link to comment

Crossbow
Good performance - not yet time to get carried away - playing against 10 men for the majority - though ref did his best to even that up by his performance in the second half Stewart needs to be less wasteful - Scales to take his chance Cracking goals - Miovski and Hayes seem to have a good understanding which is positive - despite the screamer of a goal the most telling was the 2nd because of the team work involved. Lose the silly errors and we could have a very good season. A good win - playing football on the front foot - more please Link to comment
aberdeen1970
For those who think we're signing too many players that's another 2 injuries already. 4 out and we've only played 2 league games. We're going to need a big squad 2 Link to comment
